Writing is a pleasure 

​In brief, I enjoyed a rewarding career as a college and university lecturer in Kent and London where I participated in Early Years Education & Development and Health & Social Care. 

Whilst building my career in education, I took on extra responsibilities and qualifications to professionally coach many teachers, lecturers and students, supporting them to achieve their professional goals.

​​

Alongside my career in education, I worked with clients for over 30 years and developed a successful practice as a Stress Relief and Rejuvenation Coach with some Business coaching and mentoring. During the early days of internet and FM radio I hosted my own life-coaching show in which I interviewed international celebrities and coached audiences via live phone-ins. 

 

I also supported patients and health professionals in various hospices, dental practices, doctor’s surgeries and charities. 

I share my own values through my work ethic, and I value happiness and health and I also value relationships and making connections.

Throughout my varied experiences and opportunities, I have continually advocated for women to seek and find their personal happiness. I believe that all women can improve everything they do in life by finding their individual power and I love helping by providing platforms for them to express their own voices.

 

Therefore, I help many of them to succeed in being self-employed or running their own businesses and to speak at relevant events and to write books.

I wrote my most recent book with the intention of giving readers a 'dip in and dip out' self-help book to help them navigate the changes they face in their 'Seenager' years.​
